“Crown” on bird on reverse

Good evening all,
I ran across this in my change today.
I researched it but could not find this error. Can anyone tell me if they’ve seen it and what kind of value it may have?

You have an Interior Die Break, IDB
A little area of the die was broken out and the metal filled into that area. Kinda neat but no premium value

Looks like a "Die Chip". I couldn't find this one online though.
