1996 p dime ridges on inside of the rim

I was looking over some change I found at work and noticed that on a 1996 p dime there we're ridge's on the top of the rim to the right of Eisenhower. Would this be considered a error coin

Yes it's a error and worth 5 bucks or so ...

Point of order. That would be a Roosevelt Not an Eisenhower.

 

Weighing an "unplated" cent will not really tell you anything.
