Good evening! When I bought this dollar, I thought the reverse had damage. When I looked at it closer, I thought it looked more like a struck through or other error. What are your thoughts? It is harshly cleaned, but I like seated coins.... Have a great night.
As a cleaned coin it could have been heavy corrosion that ate the surface. Could be just die deterioration. Hard to tell in the state of preservation.
