Is this a russian coin?

    So i found this coin and i wonder if anyone can clear what it is. I have tried google to find it, but i have found zero pictures or information about it so far.

    You got the Russian part correct. But it is not coin, it is Nicholas II coronation medal.
    Search Diakov 1206.3 from Google :)

    Съ Нами Богъ (God with Us).
    НII (Nicolas II) A (Alexandra).
    Коронованы в Москве 1896 (Are crowned in Moscow in 1896).

    Tsar Nikolai's reign got off to a bad start with his coronation in 1896, thousands of people were trampled to death during one of the ceremonies.

    Nicolas II was the worst Russian tsar, I think. He was untalented and weak ruler.

    I think history agrees. However, I don't think he and his family deserved what they got in the end.
