I'm thinking this may be a 1946 S cent where the mint mark was inverted. Can anyone of the pros out there confirm? Also, what grade would you give this coin? Thanks in advance for the help!

    It looks like it is.

I'm assuming you are a woman so take a clean makeup brush and lightly brush the debris from your coin. Then take a sharp close-up of just the date. If you have a florescent light, that will take the glare off the image.

Okay, here's a better picture with coin out of holder. Luckily the debris was only on the holder....didn't even need that makeup brush!

Based on the closeups, it's at least a high VF. The '46-S in itself isn't an easy find. I'm not sure the S is inverted.
