I think he is trying to budget how many hotel rooms to buy us, for how many nites, how many meals he needs to pick up, and how many rental cars to get for us. Additionally, I think he wants to ensure he has enough walking around money for the drinks and snacks for us.

All kidding aside, agreed, it would be great if you restart the Thread in December. There could be a lot of changing plans for folks. Who knows, maybe global warming will kick in and January in NYC may be pleasant enough to attend that show...

 

So, this is what happens when you take a nap. Next, I'll be paying for the entire gang to meet up in Rome. Geeze.

Hey gang: I was responding to @Bing that it was nice that @ValiantKnight was paying for the show expenses for the participants. Don't deflect and steer my comments.

 

Oh ok, so @ValiantKnight is treating for the coin show and expenses. @Bing is treating for the trip to Rome. Got it.

 

Well I was digging Bing out of the FUN Show hole, but he dug his own Rome Trip hole.

 

OK I'll pay for every one of us to go to the 2116 FUN show, wherever that might be, afterwards to any place that we agree on. How's Tahiti sound?

Plan on being there, but not in the 'ancient' capacity, though Saliant is trying to convert me (me a pagan [US?] amongst classical fellows). As the date approaches lets' keep in touch..........

I didn't know! But I'm sure I would have figured out eventually.

For anyone: is this the first time FUN has hosted a show in Ft. Lauderdale?

 

Figured I'd bump this for whoever has changed their plans and are/aren't going and for whoever missed this thread the first time around. I'm still going for sure (haven't definitively decided which days yet though), and I know one other person here that's also still going to be there.
