my latest star notes

    well the $20 it was my turn to go get lunch, one co-worker handed my this twenty so i kept it.
    the $1 silver was at a yakima WA coin shop for $2.50 i had to buy.
    The other $1 i got in change. im up to 7 star notes

    Wait, so new dollars can be star notes? I thought it was only pre-1995.

    Also, what does the star signify?
