Was going good through my Lincolns and came across this. Motto In God We Trust appears to be missing the last T. Is this a degraded die? Any thoughts?
I actually see the letter T. The term would be Deteriorated Die. By the looks of the letters U and S it looks like it might of taken a hit. They look a bit distorted.
