I found a purple color on my 1944 S Walking Liberty Half Dollar. So im just wondering if that could mean its a fake coin or possibly some kind of mint error.
Not a Mint Error. I never heard of purple color mint errors. It's a 72 years old coin. Anything could of happened from that time until now. But it did not occur at the Mint.
