    Hi,

    I'm new here.

I have a question about people buying/selling and trading here.

Do most of the transactions operate at greysheet, or closer to retail?

From what I have seen, the prices are all over.
Most members try to give the other members a fair price.

Check the auctions thread or the sales thread, both at the bottom.

if you're not a dealer. most likely the dealer gonna buy from you at 10% less than cdn bid price. if you want to buy from them. most likely it will be 25% to 33% above cdn ask price. and also plus state tax and shipping cost. example, if you buy a coin at $500.00. and you try to sell it back immediately. average estimate, you gonna lost some 50%. my advise. it is better to buy directly from the u.s. mint. you get all new coins plus beautiful box, insert, protective capsule and certificate. if fortune enough, the price can even jump immediately after sold out and /or offer closed. you don't even have to worry what grade you will get. quaranteed to be ms-67 and/or proof-68 to a perfect coin - 70. this appled to proof and uncirculated coins.
