Bargain Sestertius & Misc Medievals

    Below is the Crispina Sestertius I picked up for $12 from Franks bargain list and the rest are some more Medievals I got a great deal on for a lot buy.

    that's a nice lady sestertius for a 12 spot! nice mixed silver hammered group as well.

    If you can get a decent portrait and clear name with bold reverse figure for $12, I'm not sure what more you should expect. Crispina is not the most common lady sestertius. I would have expected this one to be twice that price.

    ----I'm expecting Franks to sell us an antoninianus of Crispina for a couple of bucks.

    antoninianus of Crispina doesn't exist ;)

    This was a good bargain list, to me, this go around.

    Cool medievals!! But I think that Crispina sestertius is terrific .....and a bargain too!

    Congrats, Mat ... I have a Crispina sestertius as well, but mine cost many times more than your sweet OP-score!! (you got a great deal)
