A common looking 1916-D Mercury. Worn but easily readable.

First is a high grade coin.

Next are two lower grade but semi-key dates. A 1921 and a 1921-D. I got this at the same time in some of my junk silver.

I will share my 1917 I metal detected this past Saturday. It's in pretty good shape which shows it was freshly lost sometime back then.

Well, I'm lazy, I guess? I've only got one picture of my Mercury Dime collection. None of mine are as good as those already posted, but that's OK with me. I collect circulated coins and like to complete a set, if possible. So, I'm happy and very glad to have what I have. My 1916 D is close to the one posted by Collecting Nut, but I've got one! 20210821_143802.jpg

Paul - I especially like the 1927. The toning really brings out the sculptural elements of the coin.
