Using numismatics to advertise is still alive

    I found this pretty interesting - got this in my mail a few days ago:

    Not too sure if it's valid to leave the serial number as it is though :p

    And those who is curious what year the penny is, it's 1951. Yes, it's a genuine copper penny.

    Is this an australian packaging company, or did you get this in the US?

    lol no, I'm in Aus, not in the US.

    I found one of the lines to be interesting in the packaging:

    "Keep this lucky penny in a safe place, and present it to our servicemen to receive $50 Cash-Back* on your Plumbing Job"

    Oh well, now it looks like I'm advertising for them in a way :p
