Yet another eBay fee?

    I was looking to buy a coin on eBay and at checkout noticed a 50 cent fee for road improvement and food delivery fee?: anybody know exactly what that means?
    If there is not a good reason for I won't make the purchase. It's not the amount it's the principle.

    It's a new fee that Minnesota requires people to pay.

    "Starting July 1, 2024, there is a Retail Delivery Fee of 50 cents that applies to certain transactions involving retail delivery in Minnesota. Retail delivery means a delivery to a person located in Minnesota of certain items as part of a retail sale."
