Any Bust coin is a good Bust coin.

 

I think they were generous on the XF 40. There is a lot of wear on the reverse. Not that it isn't a great coin, but I think even VF 30 is max. Without the graffiti that other coin has to be AU 53 in comparison.

 

it's a reeded edge so I think they a bit more forgiving Also I think it's more cameo effect that makes it look a bit more worn in pictures then it does in hand.
