1880(O) grade opinion?

Please give your grade opinion on the following 1880-O:

I would like to thank everyone who have given their opinion on my previous posts asking for grade opinion. Just wanted to make sure I'm not boring everyone with these posts. I don't have anymore quality coins such as the CC's I've been showing but I do have an additional 20 RAWS coins that I think our AU or better. Should I post?

Hmmm, maybe a VF-35... No, it's no trouble at all to look at your beautiful Morgan Dollars.

I'd say it has EF details. Has it been cleaned? Looks like a scrubbing party took place. Still a nice piece though.
