    I'm seeing damage on his leg and other parts of the coin. I'd pass.

    I believe that this is a fake also.....since these aren't in my wheelhouse I will bow to those whom collect . But there's something about this piece since it comes from the same honey hole as the 37 D 3 legged I would pass. Imho

    I've not seen any Oregon Trail worn pieces, so I'm at a loss to give any more opinion than a speculative grade.......

    After checking a few pcgs examples I am beginning to think you are correct.

    Is it okay to post another '26-S in this thread? If not, I'll delete it.

    I stumbled on it for sale on a forum a few years ago. Traded a generic eagle for it.
