1983 ddr?PLEASE CONFIRM

Almost 100% positive i found a doubled die reverse 1983 here are photos...look at the word States in the photos you can see it most obvious there.

Im sorry to bring you down here but i don't see any evidence of notching and im gonna have to say machine doubling. I could be wrong though im not an expert by any means just well traveled lol....

What is the stuff on the word States? I wish you could see it in erson it doesnt look like the typical shiny mdd

Is real doubling similar to this? Because this jumped out at me is real doubling this easy to spot

 

On some of the newer DD designation it is not that easy to spot. At least in my opinion. But if you go to heritage and look at the auction archives for the various DD cents you can see that some are easy to see and some it takes a little work. Just my opinion.
