I found this coin after breaking open a few bank rolled washington dollars. Is it worth anything and/or should I get it certified? Sorry for the bluriness but the 5th ray from her crown counterclockwise extends all the way to her right arm, normally, if you check similar coins, the ray falls well short of her arm. Please let me know what you think. Thanks!

Looking at a photo of the regular, I think that:
    1) most likely a die break,
    2) I don't agree with #1.
    3) Wow, another 'Wisconsin extra leaf' variety?
    Yup, send it in.

Hopefully this is better for all the Smart A's, I can only do so much with a Kodak.

I don't post pictures because I can't post clear ones that will be useful.

If believing that others should do the same instead of posting useless garbage is being a "Smart A", then I proudly claim the title!

Great, but what about the 2nd pic? Still "out of focus" error? I actually found an article in the July 16th edition of Coin World today that showed this new variety, check it out. Other than that, if you think someone is posting garbage, don't waste your time replying.

I have no idea about the coin..being canadian, but I agree with davedawg's last post.

Guys..I found that holding a magnifying glass and shooting the pic through that, helped to eliminate the blurs..also good lighting and no flash

It is known as the "long ray" variety. Explanation is a die gouge extends the ray to the arm. It was written up in the July 16 issue of Coin World.
