Lightning in a bottle?

    Going through my Lincoln rolls to check over anything I might have overlooked, and this curious specimen comes into a 60 watt Sylvania bulb. 1969 S 1¢ slight toned obverse. Call it like you see it, it appears too me only evident in Liberty lettering. 2016-11-19_18_27_54.jpg

    I dont think it is machine doubling, which it kinda looks like, but I think this is a form of die deterioration. The obverse looks like a later die strike so that would make sense. I have seen this before, many times, so nothing rare.
