    Almost looks double died on the front (left side and around/including the L in Liberty) as well as “In God”

    backside: lettering appears to be elongated especially last 3 letters of “states”

    That's hilarious! That means that something died 2 times!.. Makes no sense!

    Your Cent is not a Doubled Die. What you are seeing is a common effect of a worn die. It is considered Die Deterioration doubling, aka worthless doubling.
