Wednesday's Coinstar snags while getting groceries. 2 tokens, 1 nickel & 1 dime. I'll do an acetone soak on the dime before placing it in a 2x2.

Found on the floor today next to a self checkout at the grocery store. I had just struck out at their coinstar a few minutes earlier and there he was at the register. Lol. This is the second one I've found on the floor in that store with my daughter with me both times. I told her she must be good luck and I was going to take her there with me more. Lol

 

I got this in the self serve change cup.
I can't put it in 1 photo anymore because I have lost the superior Windows 10 paint app, which was the greatest photo editing, zooming and cropping tool ever invented, and the Windows 11 Paint is garbage.

 

You sure you don't have two Paint apps? My Windows 11 has the old one (which I use) and Paint 3D (which I don't use).

 

No I only see the crappy one. I can download the old Windows 10 Paint,
but I am nervous about it, I don't know if it's safe or not. Winaeru is the name. They say it is safe. But who knows.

 

I use a FREE program called " Photoscape X". Like I said, it's just about the only program I use besides "LunaPic" which is also FREE!

 

I will check those out, before I load the Winaeru. Thank you.
I have the nickel in acetone to see if it removes the green goo on the reverse.

 

Not my photo, but I have never seen this before, got it in the reject slot. 25 sentimos Philippines 2018. (Mine is in better shape but still having photo issues with Windows 11.)

Wow, congrats on that find! Always awesome to come across silver, especially for free. That 1954 quarter is a sweet find, plus the silver Roosevelt and pendant are a great bonus. Being nice in line pays off – karma works!

Good you regularly check the reject tube. People often don’t realize what they’re giving away!
