I searched 5 rolls of nickels and found a few 1940s and 1964s. This 1964 d nickel looks like it has a phantom 4. Can I get some opinions or thoughts please.

Perhaps, but you've also learned to control it, place logic over assumption, and have learned how coins are made... all of which make a big difference. That said, pareidolia is completely normal.
