Fort McHenry error?

Since I am new to this I am hoping for opinions, is this an error or PMD? I am talking about the partial circle from the fort wall to the roof of the building.

It would be best if you could crop and enlarge just the area you are talking about. As is I cannot see if the mark is raised or incuse.

 

Unfortunately all I have is my phone to work with and I don't know how to get a better picture, I used a magnifying glass and phone camera to get that picture. I thank you so much but cannot figure out how to get a better picture.

 

It sure looks incuse to me. In that case, it's more than likely damage.

Your coin was most certainly "bit" by a rolling machine, meaning it's simple damage.
