My dad remembered he had coins in the basement. He pulled them out and this is what I got...

    - Canadian dollar bill from Ottawa in 1954.

    - 1972 Canadian Penny

    - Unknown coin with Repvbblica Etaliana with an R on it from 1956. It has a weird pic on the front and a 10 with wheat stalks on the back.

    - A coin with 25 cents on the back and Biergarten and 1981 on the front.

    - A highly Tarnished 1963 Dime and Quarter

    - An ABSOLUTLY BEUTIFUL 1913 Penny with a guys face on one side and a warrior sitting on the other side.

    - Diez pesos with a o over a m. It's from 1977. Its Mexican and has, what I suspect to be, a Phenix on the reverse.

I also found a Showbiz Pizza Palace Token:thumb:

Very hard to give any sort of price without a picture or scan, but I can tell you that the 'Repvbblica Etaliana' is Italian & that the 'An ABSOLUTLY BEUTIFUL 1913 Penny with a guys face on one side and a warrior sitting on the other side' is a British 1d (Penny) from the reign of king Edward VII :smile Hope that this is of some help :kewl:

The two Canadian items are worth face value.

The US quarter & dime are silver, currently about 8X face.
    Nice start to a collection.

Thanks, he also gave me 3 whitman folders. The first 2 penny folders and the first Jefferson nickel folder. It had a few old pennys and 2 silver nickles.
