Lost in the mail for a month

    I had that happen in the 90s, although that was an expensive coin.

    My only U.S. coin also disappeared recently, via registered.

    I'm glad you received the coin. However, those were actual held up in transit type of deals. It's not that unusual that it'll take 4-5 weeks from some European dealers/countries, in total.

    Can anyone tell me what the reverse says and whom is pictured on the obverse of coin?

    I believe this is the type below. However yours appears to have been struck on a smaller than average module (often termed as a "crowded flan").
