1968 D DDO?

I found this very shiny coin at the end of a roll of cents. It is a 1968 D. Could it be a DDO? I appreciate your knowledge and aid. ~Chad75

Both your Obverse pictures are very blurry. No way to give you an answer.
Where exactly do you see doubling?
