I wanted the 1859 IHC for a long time and finally found one for my type set: It's a single year issue and a bit harder to find than the more common types 2&3 with the shield on the reverse.

Looks to be a snow S-1 FS1-006.2 Breen 1945 repunched on all 4 digits it's listed as an R-6 my references say only 15 known! A closer image of the date may confirm but several pups on this specimen makes me believe that it is a S-1. One of the major pups is the open top R in America on the obv. And a die crack from the rim at 3 K to wreath on the rev. And judging from this information I say yeppers It's a S-1
