Curious about markings on paper money

    Hello everyone,

    Went to the ATM and withdrew a few dollars and found this $20.00 Bill with this mark on it, just wondering if anyone knows why some bills have these marks. I had another bill I rec'd from the bank with a blue mark on it as well.
