    I'm learning this so would that be a grease filled die or post mint damage?

    Sorry dont know me to . i just got a scope and i pull key dates from cherry pickers guide

    No.. If it were Grease filled Die the E would not be present. The Die would have debris in it and metal would not flow into the area of the Die.
