Hey, I'm new here and fairly new to coin collecting as well.
I wanted to get your opinions on these coins.
    Short description of each coin:
Far Left:The entire edge of the coin is raised causing the front to look like it sunk inside the coin a bit.
Next Coin To Its' Right: The words "States of" look to have been erased or faded. "United" and "America" are both raised but "States of" isn't. The outline of the words are still there but the words themselves aren't. Is this an error or did someone decide to do a bit of buffing?
Center Left: The edge of the coin is bit wider on the left than the rest of it.
Center Right: This dime is more off center than the other one so much so that the right-most portion of the edge is a bit wider and touches the 8 in 1968, wraps around and touches the W of "We" a bit.
Quarter: The edge to the left of the coin is a bit wider than the rest of it.
Far Right:The front of the coin is raised from the bottom of lincolns shoulder to the beginning of "Trust" causing it to not have an edge in that area.

Are they considered errors? What kind of errors are they? In terms of value, how brazen does an error have to be to have any kind of value? Should I bother with coins like these? I asked someone else for tips, but all he pretty much said is to go find the most valuable errors there are like the 1955 Double die coin. Sorry for all the questions and if the image isn't big enough to see. My scanner is pretty old and I can't blow up the image without making it blurry. scan0001.jpg
    Thanks!

    Hello and welcome to Cointalk.
From what I see you have coins with normal strike occurrences. None are Off Center but very slight misaligned die strike. The rest I see nothing. Always show both sides of any coins you have questions on to get a better answer. Prices? Yes depends on the rarity of the error. Most are common with no big premium. And the Doubled Die, which are in my opinion Varieties not errors (I will get scolded for saying that), carry a bigger premium.

Here is my favorite website to see and understand the many types of errors.

Also.. the correct term is Doubled Die, not double. Big difference.
Quote - "Note that the proper terminology for this occurrence includes the letter 'd' at the end of the first word, hence "doubled die". The term "double die" without the first word ending in 'd' is not proper numismatic terminology" closed quote
