Picked up this 1925 Peace today at the Baltimore show,turns out to be a Vam 1 - W an R-6 coin sweet for a $50 price tag. PUP in the D

 

I also scored this 1913 type 1 Buffalo the chief has a double profile .

Nice one Santinidollar , for the price point and grade you did very well! With downward trends in higher grades , you played this one just right.

 

You know Alan if you were putting together a higher grade set of Proof Franklin half's I would had advised you to hunt other specimens for you set while this date and type leveled off. Now you need to have a close look at the lettering to see if you have a DDO,or DDR.

You may want to hunt down a type 2 to keep this one company .

Mixed vibes on this coin. I got caught on the bidding and couldn't stop.
It's far from perfect but it fills that void
Right after I bought this a dude calls with a 64 perfect sample. Ouch.

 

I got a good discount on this since the stars all fell off. First coin in New Orleans, I think.

 

Favorite year. A confederate or rebel thing.
