If that is repeated on the back, it would be an off-center strike, but not enough to make it valuable. If it is only on the front, it is a MAD (Mis-Aligned Die) which also doesn't command a premium.
It’s not enough to bring a premium or get error collectors excited. It’s what Kentucky stated. It would be helpful if you showed both sides.
I suggest not holding an ASE like that. Or any coin. But you've already got finger prints on it. I know it's "just bullion", but might as well keep it looking nice.
I bought it as a “culled-cleaned” ASE from LCS same price as a buffalo so it’s already become pocket piece material
Nevertheless, it's still good practice to hold coins by the edges. I hold circulated pieces by the edges. It reinforces good habits.
