    ConstantineGLORIAOBV.jpg ConstantineGLORIAREV.jpg
IMP CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG; Bust facing right.
GLORIA EXER[CITVS]; two soldiers stg., facing one another, military standard between them.
    in ex. SM AN Γ

Constantine the Great, an Eastern Orthodox Catholic saint (though not bearing the title on this coin) is considered equal to the apostles, at least according to the Orthodox Wiki. Next coin, something related to the early church. Could be a saint, Christian symbolism, or anything.

    AEL. FLACCILLA AVG.
SALVS REIPVBLICAE , victory seated right inscribing christogram on a shield ; exergue CONA (Constantinople)

Aelia Flaccilla was the wife of Theodosius I, the mother of Honorius and Arcadius. Wikipedia says she is a saint, too, for the Eastern Orthodox Church, and that her feast day is on 14 September.

I don’t have any one “dream coin” in particular, but this was my first aureus, purchased after decades of dreaming of one (and assuming I’d never be able to afford one.)

    IMG_8449.jpeg IMG_8450.jpeg IMG_8451.jpeg

I’ve since bought a second one, with a more interesting reverse.

Next, continue with your “dream fulfilled at last” coin, or another aureus.
