Thanks Afantiques, I found the website for "telnaron", but I dont understand anything. It is 25mm in diameter and 1.5 in height. Heavy.
My Gerrman is not all that good but it does seem to be elaborate enough to support this sort of game play accessory. The Kingdom of Telnaron is apparently in the south of the Middlelands. There is no end to the elaboration some game players will put into their fantasy lives. The latin translates to Telnaron helps to live, which seems a doubtful proposition.
