I have three safes full. My wife will appreciate it…. And besides, I like to see youngsters with a fire for coin collecting. Reminds me of me when I was a kid….. Dang that was a long time ago!

Would really like the 1940 s Mercury dime with the obverse die breaks.
It would be my first ever "mistake" coin.
    Thank you!!

    Entry Post.

    1943 ICG MS 64 WLH.

If my number is drawn, just send it to H. Houdini, for his grandson, with the caveat that it can not be refused for any reason. I admired his research and questions on behalf of the ankle biter.

    Or, just forward to him.

Because that is just the kind of guy I am....

    Now, leave me alone, kid.

    I'll pick the Spanish colonial.
If I had a Spanish colonial house I could slip it under the baseboard like the builders used to do as a sign of when the house was built and good luck token to the new owners.
My house is Far from Spanish colonial, so I'd put it away till I win that lottery and go shopping for a Spanish colonial house :p
Prayers for the return of Harper.
We have had a new arrival hanging out at our place.
I'll have to check with the neighbors and see if they are short one.

I must say WOW on the generous gift selection and Dang you must have quite the collection.
Thanks again for you're continuing entertainment value to this forum.

Not necessary. SHE won't let me have a damn thing anyway, without holding HER hands out for triple gimmees....for EACH hand.

You won't believe the size of those hands. King King could eat a whole meal out of them.

Best to fill out these old whitman albums with raw specimens (without breaking slabs) of decent quality, and I haven't seen this one for sale yet. Thank you again for running these giveaways! They're great to have and very engaging, even though the odds are stacked against us!

Entry post. Well, instead of the Steely, this time I will stay with the year 1943, but go for the Walker. My grandson is 10 this year and he loves Walkers. He will be thrilled if he got a slabbed coin. Brilliant as usual @lordmarcovan thanks for the contest. Here is a neat coin. FBL?

    Me Lord!

It would be a great day to add the 1940-S Mercury dime to the World Renowned Santinidollar Collection. I don’t pay enough attention to this aspect of our hobby!

    Thank you for your generosity!

I’ve added a few more new lots to the prize list, though as of this typing, I have not had the chance to photograph any of them yet.

Maybe by the end of the month, before the drawing.

    Maybe.

Then again, the end of the month is almost upon us, so I might not get that chance.

But anyway, they’re listed, at least.

Tell ya what- if you’re the winner this month, and you’re potentially interested in any of the new lots, I’ll at least get a pic of the item you’re interested in, on request.

(So much coin stuff I need to catch up on…)

Thanks for the update! The Morgan's sound nice.( What am I talking about? I have no chance... :arghh:)

In that 2-coin silver dollar lot, only one is a Morgan (1921-S) and the other one is a Peace dollar (1935). The Peace dollar is quite low grade. The Morgan is high grade, but with sort of mottled/streaky toning. (Might could use a quick dip, but I’ll leave that up to whomever wins it.)

Neither one is a particularly gorgeous example. But what’s nice about that particular lot is that it includes two silver dollars, so you’ve got good bullion content there. My sister @Elizabeth Shamblin wanted to donate that pair to the giveaway pool.
