double die or machine doubling?

normal coin, please post entire obverse and reverse images of the coin next time.

 

Agreed, my current vote is no doubling based on what I'm seeing (or not seeing)

 

if you take this original picture, right click on it, open with paint (or whatever editing tool you have) and put markers (arrows) to the point(s) in question that you are asking about can also be very helpful.
