Is this 1964 a doubled die,or machine,or hub ?

    "Hub doubling" is what produces a doubled die.

    The master hub is used to produce a master die.
    The master die is used to produce a working hub.
    The working hub is used to produce a working die.

    To me, it looks like you are seeing an artifact of your lighting.
