Dipping my toes into Byzantine coinage. What is the earliest
Regnal Dated coin for Justinian I? My earliest is XII or 12.0
Is there anything earlier? I really like those large and heavy
bronzes. Post any Regnal dated bronze Follis from Justinian I.

With all of the Byzantine collectors on the forum, I would
have thought someone would have an answer. 135 looks
but no answer. Any suggestions on where I could to find
    the answer?

The coin reform of Justinian that introduced the facing bust and regnal-year dating was in year 12 at some mints, including Constantinople, and didn't begin until year 13 at others, for example Antioch and Carthage.

Get a copy of the second edition (don't get the first edition) of Sear's Byzantine Coins and Their Values". It has a ton of information including which mints issued which years with which officina.
