could someone tell what type of error this is

    The mark down his nose,and in front of nose kinda like a blotch?

    kind of looks like post mint damage

    That's what I thought at first,but after looking it over real good its almost like something got into the

    Look very carefully at the mark on the nose, preferably with higher magnification. If you can see metal pushed out along the edge, then it is PMD. I can't tell from this photo.

    Is that a 1994? I have a 94' with a similar issue but larger.

    This is my 94'-D. Under high magnification it is clear that no metal has been displaced. I can see no marks suggesting that it was made post strike and the patina is the same in the depression as the surrounding areas but I sure can't explain it. As you can see there are some similarities with yours.

    Yea im,not sure but it sure does,maybe something got in when pressed,im not very good with coins YET Lol,but soon.

    Yes I assumed that so I was giving you a comparison and I was hoping someone else might offer some ideas.
