...I figured out how to get an eBay Bucks promo to show up...I am 99% sure I know how...gotta spread the love so here goes nothing...add some items in your shopping cart and leave them there for 24 hours...then sign in and one by one, remove each item from your shopping cart and sign out...the next day, you should have a promo in your mailbox...today it's 8% for me, last time...it was 10%! Try it boys and girls
I just leave stuff on my watch list. Pretty sure i have coins that have been there for atleast 6 months. And they just keep getting re listed. I get ebay bucks promos all the time but the way it is going, they are gonna be worthless. I cant buy car parts or bullion with them. It wont be long before coins go the same way.

I made a $1200 purchase on an instrument similar to that of my avatar. I waited a couple days for an eBay Bucks promotion to show up, but I gave up and bought it as it was a now-or-never opportunity. And guess what? Two days later, a 10% eBay Bucks promo shows up. I was annoyed, but I have no regrets about buying it early. It was easily a $1700 horn, and it was in excellent condition. But that is the best way to make an eBay Bucks promo show up: make a big purchase after giving up a desperate hope for a promo to show up.
