No. You do not have the 1969 Doubled Die variety. Could have been struck with a Deteriorated Die. What website are you matching your Cent with? This is what you need to look for. I see no match for your Cent
I've attached a monograph that J.T. Stanton did some time ago that discusses die doubling as compared to other types. It first appeared in an earlier CPG, but he has since allowed it to be distributed in other educational venues. In case attaching a PDF doesn't work, here's a link to it.
