    Could use some advice,I have looked over all the ones on the website, and to me it matches up,I hope pictures were clear enough, has the pebbles around the 6 and 9,

    No. You do not have the 1969 Doubled Die variety.
    Could have been struck with a Deteriorated Die.
    What website are you matching your Cent with?

    This is what you need to look for. I see no match for your Cent

    I've attached a monograph that J.T. Stanton did some time ago that discusses die doubling as compared to other types. It first appeared in an earlier CPG, but he has since allowed it to be distributed in other educational venues. In case attaching a PDF doesn't work, here's a link to it. Google "stanton doubled die" and you'll find many links to it.
