Are these Denarius Authentic?

    2 Coin: 18mm / 3,1g
    3 Coin: 19,8 mm / 3,63g

    One more question, its about this denarius alone, should i be worried about these little details? The dots on the obv and that "elevation" on the rev, What are they?
