3944199369 ebay no. From a fairly new seller but reasonable shipping and at $6.80 each. I'll repost them with good pics, start at 1 cent, and see what happens. Any predictions?
With those superb pictures how could you go wrong? I'd be curious to know whether you really get five undamaged Peace Dollars for a few cents over melt.
You can find a good deal, if you look long and hard enough. You may have done well this time. Let us know how it turns out.
Me too. I'll post the "good" pics when I get them. The seller responded immediately and everything felt right.
At $6 a piece I see little harm as long as they are real. Even harshly cleaned and damaged Peace dollars contain 3/4 an ounce of silver. Good buy in my opinion.
Coins arrived today. The packaging was a little less than desirable and the coins were not exactly as listed in that there were two 1926-S coins. But overall I'm happy with them. Condition wise they were: 1922-s Fine 1923-s VF dirty 1924 XF nice grey color but w/ possible strike through or old ding 1926-s XF nice grey color no problems 1926-s Fine, no problems None of them were cleaned and I'm hopeful my experiment will result in a small ebay profit. May be on a roll this week. I picked up a 5g Credit Suisse 999,9 Gold bar at the pawn store today for 59.95. By my math 5g = .1607 troy oz. With gold at $455.00 X 0.1607 =$73.11. Is there much of a premium over gold on these?
