    I've never seen a TPG designated MAD. I didn't know they did that.

    Here is the way Felix Schlag designed the Jefferson Nickel. They made so many changes to the final design that one could say the mint took Schlag's design "under advisement" or as "a hint as to what was to come." This is a modern copy that was produced by a private mint. It's made of silver.

    What do you mean home-made? Also how did that get a 67? Some distracting hits on Jefferson.

    Homemade means I submitted it, and the marks look bigger in photos. The coin is a 66/67, they tend to be generous when grading error coins since they can't compete in the registry.
