1921 Standing Liberty Quarter, or just damage?

I was looking through some junk silver quarters I picked up recently and took note of this one SLQ. It could be a 1921, or just "opportune" damage. What are your thoughts on this? Thanks!

Looks like a 0 to me, but also looks like a recessed date, which would make it a 1930.

 

Too worn to tell definitively. Add it to a junk silver stack…imo…Spark

looks like a "0". I put in where the dates would be perpendicular.
