Hmmm, maybe an MS-63/64 again. GSA CC's can be sweet or they can look like this one, AIEEEEEeeeee LOL...

In my opinion it is a ms-63.

 

I agree with 63.

 

ms-63 on that 82, looks just about like mine as far as frequency of contact marks
