The 58 is nice, but back in 58 we knew that the cent was changing in 59. Most collectors, myself included, put back mint rolls. Then in 59 there was a rumor that the Lincoln Memorial would be for one year only. So, we put back mint rolls of them. Therefore I have too many of each. I would call yours AU-58 IMO.
The 1958-D looks AU-58, nice but not worth more than $.10. Too many were saved as it was the last year for the Wheat Ear. As for the other coin, I’d be at F-15.
I would say the 1958 cent is an MS-64, Red. Don't get too excited because these coins were saved by the roll and are very common in Mint State. The big bucks come when PCGS calls it MS-67+, Red and it's "the finest example graded." Then a foolish person, who is addicted to the PCGS Registry, will pay a ridiculous price for it like close to $3,000. But only angels get grades like that from PCGS. The 1911 is an EF-40. Collectors used to be fussier about that grade, which would have made that coin a Ch VF years ago. It's still not worth the grading fee. PCGS Coin Facts says it's worth $7.
