Hopefully you guys will pick up the pace. Hurry up and get to
the year 1500 A.D. I don't have anything newer, and if I did,
it wouldn't worth taking pictures of. Besides, my doctor gave
me only 20 years to live. At the rate you guys and gals are
moving I may not make it.

Here's a contribution for 1738. This coin exhibits typical characteristics for the gold coinage of Lima during the 1730's and later: narrow flans and more crudely engraved dies when compared to earlier issues.

    Lima, Philip V, 8 escudos, 1738 N.

I've got a 1738 halfpenny with V/S in GEORGIVS. Quite rare as the variety is clear even in sub-fine grades and I only have 7 in the database despite keeping an eye out for them. Ex Augustus Langdon (d.1874).

I have the GB halfpenny and farthing too, but they are not great shakes.
In recent times I have focussed on GB Milled Copper and silver of the 17th and 18th century, so I have quite a few from that era.

Here's an old timer that I've owned since the early 1980s. It is also a rare variety with the floret above the MF on the reverse, instead of the normal dot.

    Mexico, 4 reales, Philip V, 1735 MF.
